AMPOULE


All Shinil Pharm Galss Co., Ltd. ampoules have an advantage of being easily cut by applying accurate cutting technology. Advanced manufacturing facility “Opticom system” automatically controls burner flame depending on outer diameter deviation of a glass tube and ambient work environment change. Advanced cutting machine “Opticut system” allows the control of one point position depending on the ampoule neck deviation, resulting in uniform strength of the cut point.

Excellent cleaniness

Ampoules can be used for medical, cosmetic and food containers. Perfect sterilization is possible for excellent cleanliness on ampoule inside and outside.

Variable inlet Shapes

Variable inlet shapes are available: straight, trumpet, closed shapes

Double Ampoule

We solely hold double ampoule production technology. The quality and strength are excellent.
